Jasmine Court's Philosophy of Care
Our philosophy starts with the understanding that no-one wants to be in a Nursing Home. With this in mind our prime task is to effect this transition in to the realms of the unknown in an uncomplicated and congenial manner. An individual assessment of each resident ensures that we maximise the potential quality of life for every patient with individual choice being recognised whenever possible. Patient's dignity and privacy are not merely empty words used to describe our philosophy but the very foundation on which we base our care.
